    Manufacturing process for centrifuged tubes

    • ANALYSIS: 3.1-B casting certification and control. Mechanical testing of casting samples.

    • CASTING: induction furnace fusion with scrap and ferrous alloys, totally controlled regarding composition and specifications.

    • WASTE: control of the cleaning of slag for a perfect finish in centrifuging.

    • CENTRIFUGING: by means of suitably laid down procedures and process control.

    • QUENCHING: natural cooling and tempering process to avoid surface defects.

    • EXTRACTION: extraction of suitable mechanical mould, avoiding strains and wrenches.

    • TRACING & MONITORING: for control of each batch.

    • HEAT TREATMENT: according to the specified norm for each steel.

    • FINISH: granulated or machine-finished.

    • FINAL PRODUCT: delivered with quality control certification.

    • STORAGE: four thousand, suitably conditioned square metres.
