WASTE
Control of the cleaning of slag for a perfect finish in centrifuging.
CENTRIFUGING
By means of suitably laid down procedures and process control.
QUENCHING
Natural cooling and tempering process to avoid surface defects.

EXTRACTION
Extraction of suitable mechanical mould, avoiding strains and wrenches.
TRACING & MONITORING
For control of each batch.
HEAT TREATMENT
according to the specified norm for each steel
FINISH
Granulated or machine-finished.
FINAL PRODUCT
Delivered with quality control certification.
STORAGE
Four thousand, suitably conditioned square metres.
